Alexis Nelson, Owner/Founder
Alexis is a seasoned patent attorney with over 20 years of experience representing clients in mechanical, electromechanical, and biomedical technologies. Her practice focuses on patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, litigation, dispute resolution for Amazon sellers, and other intellectual property-related matters. Alexis’ experience spans a broad range of industries, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. Alexis graduated from S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, where she was a published member of the Utah Law Review. Alexis is currently of counsel at Kunzler, Bean & Adamson in Salt Lake City, UT and Goldstein Patent Law in Red Bank, NJ.
Alandra Adams
Alandra is a registered patent attorney with a background in physics. Her practice focuses on helping clients obtain patent and trademark protection. Alandra graduated magna cum laude from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Before and throughout law school, Alandra prosecuted patent applications for Fortune 500 companies with a Minneapolis-based firm. Alandra currently works as an associate at Kunzler, Bean & Adamson in Salt Lake City, UT.
Victoria Romney
Victoria is a registered patent attorney with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in molecular biology and Ph.D. studies in Biochemistry. Her practice focus on biotechnology, including cloning, protein expression, DNA sequencing, bio-manufacturing, RNA reactions and editing, research tools, diagnostics, medical devices, small molecule drug design, cell signaling, therapeutics, and immunology. Victoria is currently of counsel at Kunzler, Bean & Adamson in Salt Lake City, UT.
Tamara Dodd
Tamara has worked in the IP legal field for more than 25 years with most of her career dedicated to patent and trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement matters. She has experience managing domestic and international patent and trademark portfolios in more than 100 countries. In addition, she has experience in trademark clearance searches, conducting use investigations, monitoring trademark watch services, and maintaining client databases. Tamara currently works as an senior IP paralegal at Teak IP in Farmington, UT.
Angilee Dakic
Angilee is a registered patent attorney and her intellectual property practice includes patent litigation, trademark prosecution and litigation, as well as copyright prosecution, litigation and DMCA takedowns. Angilee has litigated hundreds of business and intellectual property matters, contracts, and torts, and successfully resolved disputes through mediation. Angilee is currently an equity partner at Pearson Butler in South Jordan, UT.
William Tanenbaum
William is a seasoned litigator with degrees from Boston University, London School of Economics, New York University, and Loyola Law School. He has extensive commercial litigation trial experience, having tried multiple multi-million dollar cases in various areas of law.
William’s federal court litigation and trial experience includes insurance fraud defense, employment litigation defense, and intellectual property cases including entertainment, copyright, and trademark infringement issues. In addition, William has litigated cases involving premises liability, products liability, personal injury, and medical malpractice, including cases against billion-dollar spine manufacturing companies. William also has extensive pre-litigation and pending litigation negotiation experience, having obtained numerous favorable resolutions for clients. Wiliam is licensed in Utah and California.
